ADCR – Automotive Design & Crashworthiness Research is a Pakistan-based road and vehicle safety organization working at the intersection of engineering, crash investigation, research, testing, training, and risk management. Our work is focused on one objective: understanding risk and using technical evidence to prevent crashes, reduce injuries, and improve the safety of transportation systems.
We investigate road crashes scientifically to establish what happened, why it happened, and which vehicle, road, human, environmental, and systemic factors contributed to the outcome. Our investigations are supported by field evidence, engineering analysis, technical assessment, and research, enabling organizations and stakeholders to move beyond assumptions and identify the actual causes and contributing factors of an incident.
Beyond crash investigation, ADCR helps organizations prevent incidents before they occur. Our services include fleet safety management, route hazard assessments, road safety audits, driver training, corporate and policy training, consultancy, automotive and safety testing, supply chain security, and educational media.
This integrated approach allows us to work across the complete safety cycle — from identifying hazards and assessing risk, to investigating incidents, developing corrective measures, building professional capability, and communicating safety knowledge effectively.
ADCR works with industry, government, institutions, fleet operators, and other organizations to turn engineering knowledge and real-world evidence into practical safety improvements. Whether the challenge is understanding a crash, managing a fleet, assessing a hazardous route, training drivers, or strengthening an organization's safety systems, our role is to provide the technical expertise needed to make better and safer decisions.
We understand what went wrong. We identify what can go wrong next. And we help build systems designed to prevent it.
Seven disciplines, one mission — making roads, fleets, and drivers measurably safer.
