Supply Chain Security — ADCR
What is Track and Trace

Every unit gets an identity. We follow it.

Track and Trace — part of ADCR's Supply Chain Security service — ensures your product or raw materials genuinely come from the exact source you paid for, and reach the exact end user they were meant for.

We assign a unique ID identifier to each unit as it leaves your facility. That ID is then checked again at the point of sale or delivery, so you can confirm whether the item that reached the shelf is the same item that left your factory — or whether it was swapped, diverted, or replaced with something else along the way.

This is standard tracking-and-tracing methodology used across logistics and supply chain security, adapted by ADCR for Pakistan's transport and distribution networks.

How we secure your chain

Drivers, vehicles, and product — monitored separately.

We don't just track the shipment as one thing. Each layer is tagged and monitored on its own, using ADCR-built hardware and tracking systems, so a failure in one layer doesn't hide inside another.

Layer 01

Driver Monitoring

Identity verification, license checks, and behaviour monitoring for every driver assigned to a shipment.

  • Driver ID & license verification
  • Route adherence tracking
  • Behaviour & fatigue monitoring
Layer 02

Vehicle Monitoring

GPS and telematics hardware fitted to the vehicle itself, independent of driver or cargo tracking.

  • Real-time GPS tracking
  • Geofencing & route deviation alerts
  • Vehicle health & tamper sensors
Layer 03

Product Monitoring

Unique ID tagging on the product itself, verified at origin, transit checkpoints, and final destination.

  • Unique serial ID tagging
  • Checkpoint scan verification
  • Destination-match confirmation
The technology behind it

Built on a foolproof digital system.

We run on RFID, IoT, and the latest cutting-edge digital tracking technologies — all built into one highly foolproof system.

Multiple technologies operate simultaneously across drivers, vehicles, and products, continuously cross-checking each other in real time.

The moment something doesn't match, the system automatically generates an alert — so issues are caught the instant they happen, not discovered later.

RFID Tagging
Unique radio-frequency ID on every unit
IoT Network
Connected devices reporting in real time
Auto-Alerts
Instant flag the moment something doesn't match
How a project runs

From tagging to verified delivery.

MILE 01

Assess

We map your supply chain and identify where diversion risk is highest.

MILE 02

Tag & Install

Unique ID tagging on product, plus tracking hardware on vehicles and driver systems.

MILE 03

Monitor

Live monitoring of all three layers — driver, vehicle, and product — in parallel.

MILE 04

Verify & Report

ID match confirmation at destination, with a full chain-of-custody report.

Built around your needs

We design the system around what you actually need to protect.

Every Track and Trace setup is built specifically for your product, your fleet, and your risk points — not a one-size-fits-all package. Tell us what you need secured, and we'll design around it.
