The level, knowledge, experience and skills of the instructors were excellent. It is the first course of this type I have ever attended. This program was extremely related to my profession. It will not only help my CSI work but also help ensuring safer transport in my office.

The NHMP training college is the largest and most advanced traffic police training college in Pakistan. ADCR experts have been training the Master trainers and senior-most field officers of NHMP. The trainings have helped further develop NHMP crash investigation methodologies into adopting modern methods and cutting-edge techniques of investigation and reporting.

I find the training content, the delivery of the trainers, and the practical work extremely valuable—not only as an eye-opener to the theory, but also to the process that should be followed during the investigation. The integrity of the crash investigator in the investigation process was also well emphasized. Furthermore, the way all participants were kept involved in the learning process and engaged in the practical work—along with the trainers’ skill in drawing out participants’ understanding, involving them actively, and supplementing their learning with examples, pictures, models, apps, and videos—has been an excellent method of preparing participants for investigation. Overall, it has been an excellent way of learning and developing skills.

The training on Road Traffic Crash (RTC) investigations was exceptionally well-articulated and incredibly easy to understand. In fact, it was the best training I have ever had in my life. Even now, I often find myself reflecting on it during other training sessions, thinking, "That was how training and trainer should be." Dr. Omer, the trainer, didn't need any explanations, his delivery was far beyond excellence. He truly set a benchmark for what effective training looks like.

I had an excellent experience with the Road Crash Investigation (ToT) course.
